How the Game Calculates Winnings
Each pointer selects a number between zero and six with equal probability. The game adds these numbers and takes the result modulo seven, creating a uniform distribution across seven possible outcomes. You choose an arc of one, two or three positions starting at zero. If the final sum falls within your chosen arc, you win. The payout depends on your arc size, offering gross returns of six point seventy two times for one position, three point three six times for two positions, or two point two four times for three positions. All other outcomes return zero.
Stakes and Settlement Rules
Stakes are set at ten, twenty five, fifty or one hundred virtual coins, with twenty five as the default. Your stake is deducted once at the start of the round and remains deducted even if you reload the page without finishing. Settlement is automatic at the end of the reveal with no manual stop option. Gross returns include your original stake. Fractional amounts are kept in hundredths and added to a separate carry before crediting whole coins to your balance. The remainder stays between zero and ninety nine.
Wallet Management and Reload Behavior
Your wallet starts with one thousand virtual coins. If your balance drops below ten while idle, you can manually restore it to one thousand coins. This is a set amount, not an addition. Reloading the page discards any unfinished round without refunding the stake or resuming the state. Controls for stake, start and mode are disabled while a round is active. The refill button is also hidden or disabled during active play. Your balance and pending round flags are saved in local storage.
Frequently asked questions
What is the expected return for Orbit Sum?
The expected return to player is ninety six percent across all arc choices. Simulations with one million rounds show actual results close to this expectation, such as ninety five point eight two percent for one position and ninety five point nine nine percent for three positions.
Does reloading save my unfinished round?
No. Reloading discards any active round without refunding the stake or resuming the settlement. The stake remains deducted from your balance. You must start a new round after reloading.
